before you follow...

i remove new followers who don't have their age somewhere on their blog (or something that states you're an adult).
if you are under 18 and i've followed you, i'm not aware you're underage and it is not an invitation to follow back. feel free to block me if it makes you uncomfortable at all!

some relevant stances

⬫ "transandrophobia" is not an axis of oppression and men are not oppressed for being men. all men experience privilege over women within their demographic.⬫ the bisexual identity has always meant attraction to all genders and does not require any further qualifiers. i am bisexual because i am attracted to people regardless of gender.⬫ if you make posts/participate publicly in conversations and debates about racism and politics related to race, you should disclose if you're white.⬫ "men and non-men" is a binarist framework of gender that still seeks to create two strict and mutually exclusive gender categories, and it necessitates misgendering or erasing multigender people. you do not need to create a slightly more inclusive gender binary to acknowledge men's privilege as a social class or to discuss feminism or misogyny.

additionally:⬫ don't follow me if your blog says "men dni". your boundary is completely legitimate, but following me when you don't want to interact with men implies you don't believe i'm actually a man. i cannot assume you only mean cis men or binary men unless you specify it. (this doesn't apply if you just put this on specific posts and not your entire blog.)⬫ if you've softblocked me and i re-followed you, please block me or ask me to unfollow - i probably won't realize i was softblocked.⬫ i don't tag most triggers! specifics are in my pinned post.

notes on gender...

i'm bigender, meaning i'm a man and a woman, always and at the same time. i therefore identify both as a transmasc/nonbinary woman and as a nonbinary trans man.my pronouns are he/him and she/her. if we are friends or mutuals, you can also use it/its (so long as it's in a friendly context, don't just whip it out the moment we have a disagreement). there are no other requirements on how to use these - you can use one or the other exclusively if that's easier for you and i will not be offended or think less of you; most people in my life do this. but, if you would like to refer to me in ways that will make me happy, or if you could use practice in switching pronouns and would like to try it in a low-stakes case where you can't really mess up, here are some additions:⬫ i like when people switch between he/him and she/her when referring to me, be it on different days, in different sentences, or even in the same sentence.⬫ i like to be referred to as she/her more (not necessarily exclusively!) when presenting masc, when being referred to with masculine terms, or when being referred to as a man/guy/etc, and the other way around with using he/him when presenting more fem/using fem terms/being called a woman/girl/etc. essentially: the more incongruous and unintuitive it would be for the average person to use "he" or "she" about me, the more fun it is.⬫ furthermore: you can use any gendered terms about me. i encourage mixing them. aside from man, woman, guy, girl, etc, i also use wo/man and wo+man, man-thing, guy-thing and girl-thing. have fun with that if you like! it rarely comes up, but titles i use include mr, miss and miz.⬫ if you struggle with alternating pronouns and find it easier to stick to one set, consider picking she/her! this is again not a requirement - but most people default to only using he/him for me and it's nice to switch it around.⬫ i may occasionally refer to myself with they/them. this is typically because i'm dissociating/feeling disconnected from myself and am viewing myself as a stranger. it does not mean those pronouns should be used to refer to me.
